We're a small team and we read every message. If something isn't working, or you have an idea that would make Little Lines better, we'd love to hear from you.
The fastest way to get help is a short email. Tell us what happened and what device you're on.

Open Little Lines, go to Settings โ Restore Purchases. This asks the App Store to re-deliver your purchase. If you're signed into the Apple ID that made the purchase (or the one that shares via Family Sharing), it will unlock within a few seconds.
Yes. The Full Pack is a Family Sharing purchase. Anyone in your Apple Family Sharing group can install Little Lines and tap Restore Purchases in Settings to unlock everything, at no extra cost.
Triple-tap the Little Lines title on the topic selection screen. The first time you switch, you'll be asked to set a parental PIN. On return visits, we'll ask for that PIN before showing adult topics.
For security the PIN is stored in your iOS Keychain and we cannot recover it for you. To reset: delete the app and reinstall. This will clear local progress, so if that matters, email us first and we can walk you through options.
Open the Stats screen in the app. At the bottom you'll find a reset option that clears local progress without deleting the app or affecting your Full Pack unlock.
Yes. Go to Settings and toggle Read Words Aloud off. You can also change the voice and reading speed from the same screen.

No personally identifiable information is collected. Names, progress, and preferences stay on the device. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
In Correct Direction mode, words must be swiped from the first letter to the last. If you've swiped in reverse, try again starting from the opposite end. You can turn this setting off in Settings if your child isn't ready for it yet.
Check that your device isn't in silent mode, then open Little Lines Settings and make sure the speaker icon is enabled. Read Words Aloud uses the system voice and will pause if another app is playing audio.
A lot of what's in Little Lines today came from parents writing in. If there's a topic you wish we had, a feature that would make it work better for your family, or something your kid keeps asking for โ please tell us.
Email support@littlelines.xyz and we'll read it carefully.
